Hello everyone and welcome to January 2009!
Just a note on cold weather and oils. Really cold weather will affect the consistency of some oils, both base and scent oils.
When your box arrives, you may notice the liquid base oils having a cloudy appearance. This is normal - the oils will return to clear once they come up to room temperature.
There are some scents that behave like honey, where they crystalize in cold temperatures. Our Raspberry Cream FO and Anise EO are two that noticeably do this. All you need to do is to warm the oil gently, either by placing in a warm place or running the bottle under warm (not boiling) water. Shake to disperse the crystals until they dissolve.

I agree that the cold temperatures can change the look of any essential oils that you’d like to use on yourself. I had a friend that was using oils to relax and she left a bottle outside one evening in cold temperatures and in the morning it was very hazy. She brought it inside and left for work. When she returned home it had returned to normal. She was surprised when she used it that it still had the same scent. The temperature change had little affect on the smell of her oils scent it just changed the way they looked in the bottle.
It’s a good idea to keep any oils inside for save keeping.
